Specializing in commissioned live event art, Kalamar studies music events and special occasions with paint on canvas. With his unique approach, Greg creates engaging, real-time paintings that capture the essence and atmosphere of each event. When not painting he repurposes, fabricates and creates everything from the easels he uses to non-objective abstract sculptures.

My goal with each event I study is to capture, with paint on canvas, what is unfolding before me.
